So glad to see a fellow Raider blogging about their natural journey. :-) I loved your expressions with the Jane Carter and Quidad bottles lol…keep up the good work chica!

Yess Elle, please do show us how you did your bun…if you haven’t already gone back to curly.

It’s still straight, I got you!

Nice and shiny. Uh, was that a Mercedes Benz sign on that flatiron? Woo, you ARE fancy!

I bet you could get swang with a Maxiglide flatiron. Try it! You flatiron slightly damp hair that has a little of your favorite hair oil. And voila! I’ve seen it in action and was mesmerized by the power of the Maxiglide. For my 1 yr natural anniversary, I’m going to the Maxiglide promiseland.

LOL! Def no Benz sign, that would be hilarious if they made irons though. I’ve used a Maxiglide back in college and that thing ripped my hair out, so I would never touch one again! I have seen some people get good results with it though – but I can’t get down with those teeth.

    OMG….that RED hair! *drools* hehe

Anywho, I really enjoyed your flat iron result though, Elle. It looked so good you make me want to do it….which I wont because I’m lazy and well….I’m lazy. LOL! Maybe next year for me then.

can’t wait for the next update.

Thanks! Best thing is keeping it in a bun is super easy and quick. I go on NaturallyCurly and Long Hair Care Forum. I also have an account at Hairlista and Nappturality, but am not on those as much.
