Hey elle!! -pyt here. Love your blog. Are you pretty much done with LHCF and all of it’s drama? I missed seeing your posts. Hope all is well, now back to perusing your site!
Hey! And thank you. 🙂 I just haven’t been posting on forums lately, I dunno I guess the allure wore off. I still lurk for info on new products though, lol.
lmao @ the video turning black & white when you screamed NO! at using henna on your hair again! i died laughing!
on using a rinse out as a leave-in, i do this a lot. i co-wash and then rinse most of it out, but leaving a bit of it in, but it’s all relative to the fact that i use a LOT to co-wash with in the first place. then i just seal and use a style.
congrats on buying your domain, BTW.
Lol thanks, it’s not a big deal I just know some ppl didn’t like typing in the wordpress part.
I know how you feel about the color. It is kind of werid but I have the same color story as yours used L’oreal Ferrari color on my fine hair, causing it to thin out and start to break despite all I did to try to safe it. So after cutting some of the damage, I started using henna. Oh boy, how red my hair got. This was a year ago and even with the new growth my hair felt weird with dark brown roots and red tips just like yours. So sort of got tried of the color and I went to lush got their Caca noir mama. I have to say my hair is considerably darker ( added coffee to make it even darker a tip I got at the store) and it has blended the red color pretty well. So just wanted to share.

I tried using indigo for a bit, but it ended up washing out. I don’t want to dye my hair dark brown or black – my natural color isn’t dark brown (which you probably can’t see due to lighting but there are old pics on my blog, my hair is like a medium golden brown color), so I don’t want my hair to be darker, and I don’t want to use a lifting dye b/c I don’t want to damage my hair. I’m just going to put up with it. Thanks for the tip though, but I’ve just decided to let it do its thing. Hopefully it will fade more over time.
Okay…I know you said that you hate the red in your hair, but I think it looks good on you! Just my two cents! 😉
Thank you! 🙂 It’s not that I think it’s looks bad, it looks fine, I just think it looks obviously fake…like, no one I know has hair this color naturally lol.
did you cut/style that shirt you’re wearing yourself or did it come that way? it’s cute!
I cut it. I cut all my tshirts because I don’t like the necks, lol…I feel like they suffocate me.
