  1. I just wanted say THANKS for all the great information. I have been natural for 8 years and have tried more than my fair share of products and your videos have been very informative in helping me refine my holy grail list while at the same time introducing me to more great products. Thanks again and keep on doing what you do.

  2. when you condition your hair every other day do you mostly leave home with wet hair? My hair looks great when it’s freshly washed but I would need to leave home with wet hair everyday if I would go for that.

  3. you hair seems not to shring much when you apply the product. I am still trying to find out how to avoid a lot of shringage I know I have to leave with some shringage but wonder If there is a way to avoid to much. I was in section already which I think is a big help.

    1. I encourage you to be realistic with your hair – there is nothing wrong with shrinkage. Tangles can hinder length retention, but shrinkage does not.

    1. I just don’t understand why people continuously ask for an updated video. The current video is me doing my hair in real time and outlines everything that I do. There is no magic, no special secret I am trying to keep from you guys. To me – wash and gos should be quick and painless. We should not have to spend an hour on them to achieve the hair we want. Slap some product in and go!!

  4. I know you updated your wash n go video but it’s not very clear on how do get your wash and go with such great curl defination. Would you mind doing a clearer tutorial. Your first tutorial you mentioned you don’t like to layer products but now it seems you use few different layers on products for your wash go. Do you allow leave-inn to set before applying Gel or do apply the gel straight away on soaking wet hair?Soaking or dripping wet hair?

    1. My curl definition is a result of my hair. Everything you need to see is in that video or outlined in my regimen. Also, I certainly layered products in my updated video, and stated as such. Here is the link – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_VAfio9vOI My regimen also outlines the layering combinations I do – they are all applied the same way. I do my hair after I get out of the shower (as I did in the video).

  5. on some day your hair looks like you have a texurizer in it and your roots are very flat could you do a wash and go when you prepare your curls to look like that?

    1. No, I hate my hair like that. It is usually the result of my hair still being damp/wet when I film, which is why I tell people to listen to my experiences in the reviews rather than look at my hair on any given day. I never “prepare” my curls to look like that, but sometimes I am in a hurry and my hair is not fully dry when I film.
