As stated in the video, the biggest differences between Extra Strength and Repair is the amount of AminoMar C, additional vits in the Repair, and daily dosage.

Oh, okay. I just got the extra strength last month when they had the buy two get one free deal on the viviscal website. I have only used them for a good week and a half, so it is too soon for me to assess if they work or not. I was just wondering if there was another reason you weren ‘t taking them. Cool.

    • Elle says:

Ah, no, nothing bad happened or anything like that. It’s still my fave vitamin and I may switch back to it. I guess my hair is also sorta in maintenance mode so maybe I could take one of the extra strength a day so it lasts 60 days.

    • Elle says:

I said it in the video…it was sold out when I went to re-up so I just got another vitamin on the ground and took that for a little. Then this one came out and I was going to get Viviscal anyway so I was like what the hey.

i just posted this comment to your “May 2012 Faves,” but I wasn’t sure which one you would see first. I know you’re really good at responding to comments people send you, so that would be greatly appreciated if I could get a reply. I’ve heard you say that you don’t like to tell people what to do about what products to buy because they should make up their own minds, but I’m down for suggestions that would help decrease my experimenting process. So with that said, if you don’t mind, here is the comment I posted to the video:

HAIR HELP: I tried DevaCurl which worked pretty well, & now I’m using Shea Moisture (saw your review & completely agree). I’m now considering purchasing Wen. I haven’t found the right regimen & I haven’t gotten to the point that I LOVE my curls, so I tend to straighten my hair more than I should. I feel like we have the same hair type. you have SO many reviews on so many products. what are your favorite products to define/maintain your curls (shampoo/conditioner/2nd day, etc)?

  5. Nonnie Murphy says:

    1. I am not afraid to trim my hair when needed. I am more concern with health then the length.

    2. I make sure to listen to my hair and follow what my hair likes instead of copying others.

  6. Denise Daniels says:

    1. I went natural to give my hair better care by not using chemicals, reading labels for ingredient. I use 28 day coloring and condition daily.
    2. I use the blogs for information from people like you who have been natural longer and already have gain knowledge on the subject. Already taking multi-vitamins for health.
