:Marine Protein Extract (AminoMar C™), L-Cystine, L-Methionine, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Grape (Vitis vinifera), Seed Extract (95% Polyphenols), Vitamin E (dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate), Glazing Agents (Glycerin, Hydroxpropyl Methyl Cellulose), Magnesium Stearate, Amorphous Fumed Silica Powder, Sodium selenite (with dicalcium phosphate), Folic Acid (Pteroyl Glutamic Acid), D-Biotin.

Verdict: Overall, it’s a good vitamin and I didn’t have any adverse side effects. I didn’t measure my hair monthly though, so I can’t comment on what kind of grow rate I had with it. I don’t take vitamins to grow my hair, but because growth is a claim in the Extra Strength, I did do monthly checks when I initially used that, which are in the Growth/Retention playlist on my YouTube channel.
