    Hey Elle,

I heard you say that when your hair is wet it’s in its weakest state… (maybe I heard or understood this wrong), however I’ve constantly heard (and experienced) that natural hair is strongest when it’s wet… can you explain please?
Also what products did you use to push growth and are those products specific to your hair type? Are there any general products (apart from castor oil) that stimulates hair growth?
Lastly (I know a lot of questions) have you ever used the blended beauty line? and what are your thoughts on it?

PS I have fine semi-low porosity tightly coiled hair (the type that makes a circle when you pull it out)

    Thanks much.

    TJ

Numbering answers so they’re easier to see 🙂
      1. Hair is definitely weakest when wet. While we don’t detangle on dry hair because that would result in a LOT of breakage b/c our curls need an oil or conditioner to help comb through, when our hair is wet, the hydrogen bonds are broken, and they reform once dry. I recommend checking out The Natural Haven for additional information.
      2. I don’t use products for hair growth; I have done a few reviews, but never saw a notable difference.
      3. No, I’ve never used Blended Beauty. If you are looking for a review on a specific brand, I recommend doing a quick search on the blog. I’ve pretty much reviewed all the brands I have used.
