Cons: None really, it’s not a miracle worker though. I did realize that the prongs can get dusty so they need to be wiped, but the upkeep is fairly easy.

70 is pretty steep for just reshaping and softening
I agree, which is why I was skeptical to use the product. However, it costs less than my steamer and it’s way more convenient to use. Mine is sitting on my make up table and I plug it in when I start my makeup and use it on my hair when I’m done – it only takes a few minutes and it’s beneficial to me when I want multi-day hair.
It definitely sounds more convenient than a hooded steamer. They offered me free shipping so I decided to order one, I’ll let you know how it goes!
