    Dry finger detangling on stretched week old hair works for me. Oil only 😛
    I still use my tangle teezer for my twist outs but finger detangling before section washing really helps.

    I have never had problems with matting so finger detangling works for me. I don’ use combs. I have 4A hair. My daugther’s hair, however, does mat and she has to use combs. Her her is more of a 3C.
