Hair Today: Braid out on a 4-day wash and go using Gnarly Whale Beach Waves. This time I used eight braids and curled the ends on medium sized rollers.

Ingredients: water, mediterranean sea salt, aloe vera gel, coconut oil, grapefruit seed extract, and essential oils and/or fragrance.

Consistency: Clear spray

Smell: Pumpkin (smells like pumpkin pie), Birthday Cake (has a slight sweet smell but not very strong, I didn’t really like this one)

Pros: Sea salt can strengthen/soften the hair follicle/Ingredients/Smell/Ease of use/good for scalp after working out

Cons: More of a luxury/supplement item, I don’t feel as if I need this product in my regimen (if you can call that a con?)
