Hey y’all! First, I have to apologize – I should have posted this on Facebook before we started, and for some reason I didn’t even think of it. Ack! Please forgive me.
Anyway, I’ve been doing yoga everyday for the past two weeks and am quickly falling in love with it, so I decided to do a 30 Day daily challenge that I found on Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. Her channel is awesome, and I’m loving the series so far. We’re only on Day 4, so I’d love it if you wanted to join! I haven’t clicked in awhile but yes I love Adriene’s Yoga Videos and this post has reminded me of that. Yesterday I did what can only be described as a strength/pilates fusion workout and was wavering today on whether to do yoga or be lazy and you know what? This post has motivated me to do Yoga later on today.
